Kindergarten students made darling mittens all the while learning about math and patterning. The first week students drew snowflakes with white oil pastels and then painted a beautiful sky over them.
The next time they came to art they traced a mitten, drew in lines, patterns and shapes with sharpies.
The dial week the kids finished coloring the mittens, cut them out, added a wrist and glued them onto their sky. They turned out great!
